Lap joint lock body mechanism
The lap joint lock body mechanism comprises a shell, a sliding block, a spring bolt, a rotating sleeve and an adjusting mechanism, and the shell is provided with an extending opening; the spring bolt is connected with a lock rod arranged in the shell in a sliding mode, the sliding block is arranged in the shell in a sliding mode in the extending direction of the spring bolt, the lock rod is provided with an abutting portion abutting against the sliding block, an elastic piece is arranged between the spring bolt and the shell, and the elastic piece provides elastic force for the abutting portion to abut against the sliding block so that the spring bolt can extend out of the extending opening; the rotating sleeve is rotationally arranged on the shell and provided with a shifting end enabling the spring bolt to retract into the shell and a rotating end arranged outside the shell. The adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting hole formed in the shell and an adjusting screw connected into the shell in a threaded mode, and the adjusting screw abuts against the sliding block. Under the condition that the anti-theft performance is affected due to insufficient lap joint of the spring bolt caused by the sectional material problem and the lock catch plate problem, the spring bolt can be stretched out or shortened through the hexagonal key and the adjusting screw which stretches the hexagonal key into the adjusting shell from the adjusting hole, and therefore the lap joint problem is solved.
本发明公开了一种搭接锁体机构,包括壳体、滑块、锁舌、转动套、调节机构,壳体设有伸出口;锁舌连接有滑动设于壳体内的锁杆,滑块沿锁舌伸出方向滑动设于壳体,锁杆设有与滑块抵接的抵接部,锁舌与壳体之间设有弹性件,弹性件提供抵接部与滑块抵接进而使得锁舌从伸出口伸出的弹性力;转动套转动设于壳体,转动套设有使得锁舌收缩至壳内的拨动端和设于壳体外的旋转端;调节机构包括设于壳体的调节孔和螺纹连接于壳体内的调节螺钉,调节螺钉与滑块抵接。当由于型材问题及锁扣板问题出现的锁舌搭接不够,影响防盗性能的情况下,可通过六角匙,将六角匙从调节孔伸入调节壳体内部的调节螺钉,可将锁舌进行伸出或缩短,从而解决搭接问题。
