The invention discloses an armrest box and a vehicle. A cover body of the armrest box covers a box body and is provided with a mounting cavity, two overturning assemblies are arranged in the mounting cavity and are arranged on the two sides of the cover body respectively, each overturning assembly comprises a pushing part and a locking rod, the pushing parts are movably arranged on the cover body in the direction forming an angle with the rotating axis of the locking rod, and the locking rods penetrate through the cover body and extend into the box body. The pushing piece is in transmission connection with the lock rod, and the two limiting pieces are both arranged on the box body and used for limiting the rotating axis direction of the lock rod. When one of the pushing pieces is pushed to move, the locking rod corresponding to the pushing piece moves to the position where the locking rod is separated from the box body in the direction of the rotating axis, so that the cover body and the box body are unlocked; the cover body and the two overturning assemblies rotate around the rotating axis of the other lock rod, and the other lock rod rotates to the position limited in the rotating axis direction of the limiting piece so as to open the box body. According to the armrest box, the cover body is prevented from integrally falling off from the box body, and the using effect of the armrest box is guaranteed.
