The invention relates to a fixed asphalt dam face circulating cooling system which comprises at least two diving deep-well pumps, a water supply ring network, a perforated water distribution pipe and a control unit, and the diving deep-well pumps are arranged in a reservoir of a water inlet and a water outlet of a power station; the water supply ring network comprises at least two water supply main pipes which are communicated with water outlets of the submersible deep-well pumps; the perforated water distribution pipes are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the water supply ring network, the perforated water distribution pipes are communicated with the two water supply main pipes through the water supply ring network, a flow regulating valve is arranged on the side, close to the water supply ring network, of each perforated water distribution pipe, and a plurality of water distribution holes are formed in the perforated water distribution pipes at intervals in the length direction; the control unit is electrically connected with the submersible deep-well pump and used for controlling the working state of the submersible deep-well pump. According to the circulating cooling system, the asphalt concrete face dam can be efficiently cooled in a more water-saving manner.
