The invention relates to the technical field of plate processing, in particular to a flame-retardant anti-ultraviolet polypropylene plate and a production process thereof.The flame-retardant anti-ultraviolet polypropylene plate comprises a plate body and a protective frame, the protective frame is clamped to the outer side of the plate body, and an anti-ultraviolet film is bonded to the top of the plate body; the plate main body comprises a protective bottom plate, a flame-retardant layer, a sound insulation layer, a water-resisting layer and a protective top plate; the sound insulation layer is a polyurethane pad, and the water-resisting layer is base cloth; each of the protective bottom plate and the protective top plate comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 33-64 parts of polypropylene and 3-5 parts of cobalt nitrate hexahydrate; according to the invention, plates can be conveniently processed, and when the plates are fed, the situation of retention of plate processing wastes can be avoided, so that the polypropylene plates have very good flame retardant property, the safety performance of the polypropylene plates is improved, and the ultraviolet resistance of the polypropylene plates is greatly improved; therefore, the service life of the polypropylene plate is prolonged.
