Concrete internal curing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a concrete internal curing agent and a preparation method thereof. The internal curing agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5 to 25 parts of layered inorganic mineral, 20 to 40 parts of nonionic monomer, 10 to 25 parts of ionic monomer, 1 to 10 parts of nano filler, 5 to 15 parts of macromolecular organic matter, 0.05 to 1 part of cross-linking agent, 0.005 to 0.1 part of initiator, 10 to 20 parts of neutralizing reagent and 60 to 90 parts of deionized water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing and stirring all the raw materials in sequence, preserving heat, filtering, washing, soaking and shearing to obtain the concrete internal curing agent. The concrete internal curing agent disclosed by the invention still has relatively high liquid absorption capacity in an alkaline environment, can remarkably reduce concrete shrinkage and has no adverse effect on the mechanical property of concrete; and the preparation method is simple, convenient to operate, environment-friendly and energy-saving.
本发明公开了一种混凝土内养护剂及其制备方法,该内养护剂的各组分按重量份数计为:层状无机矿物5‑25份,非离子型单体20‑40份,离子型单体10‑25份,纳米填料1‑10份,大分子有机物5‑15份,交联剂0.05‑1份,引发剂0.005‑0.1份,中和试剂10‑20份,去离子水60‑90份;制备方法包括:将所有原料按照顺序混合搅拌均匀,经过保温、过滤、洗涤,浸泡、剪切的步骤后即得混凝土内养护剂。本发明公开的混凝土内养护剂在碱性环境下仍具有较高的吸液能力,能显著降低混凝土收缩且对混凝土力学性能无不利影响;且该制备方法简单,操作方便,环保节能。
