Alkali-free accelerator for concrete and preparation method thereof
The alkali-free accelerator for concrete comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 45-55% of phosphate, 8-12% of polyacrylamide, 18-22% of aluminum sulfate, 8-12% of magnesium sulfate, 8-12% of ferrous sulfate, 4-6% of isopropanolamine, 4-6% of a stabilizer, 1-3% of a defoaming agent, 0.5-1.5% of propylene glycol, 0.5-3% of organic alcohol, 4-9% of isopropanolamine, 0.5-5% of nano silicon dioxide, 0.1-1.5% of a pH regulator, 0-1.5% of a defoaming agent and the balance of water. The whole formula is simple, the cost is low, the early strength of the concrete is remarkably improved, the solidification and hardening process of the concrete is accelerated, and the construction progress is accelerated. The components in the formula are alkali-free components, so that the risk of alkali hardening reaction in the concrete is effectively reduced, and the durability of the concrete is improved.
