The invention relates to a modified waste FCC (Fluid Catalytic Cracking) catalyst prefabricated part and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, activating active components in a pretreated waste FCC catalyst by utilizing a reducing roasting atmosphere; secondly, an active auxiliary agent and an active component precursor are supplemented into the waste FCC catalyst, the activity of the waste FCC catalyst is further improved, and the modified waste FCC catalyst is prepared; the obtained modified waste FCC catalyst is combined with waste rock wool to prepare a modified waste FCC catalyst cementing material, the modified waste FCC catalyst cementing material, cement and the like are mixed, molded and cured, and a modified waste FCC catalyst prefabricated part is prepared; the activity of the waste FCC catalyst is improved through a specific activation process, the advantages of the waste FCC catalyst can be utilized to the maximum extent, the product performance of the prefabricated part is improved, and the quality stability of the concrete prefabricated part is improved.
