The invention discloses an environment-friendly iron runner ramming material as well as a preparation method and a construction method thereof. The iron runner ramming material comprises aggregate powder, polyvinyl alcohol fibers and silica sol, wherein the bone meal comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 52-60% of waste aluminum oxide ceramic particles, 5-9% of waste silicon carbide sagger particles, 10-14% of waste aluminum oxide ceramic powder, 3-7% of waste silicon carbide dust extraction powder, 5-9% of waste silicon carbide sagger powder, 1-2% of waste polycrystalline silicon slice powder, 8-12% of waste brown aluminum oxide dust extraction powder and 1-3% of waste electrode powder. When the iron runner is used on site, a layer of silica sol is sprayed after a branch runner or a slag runner is cleaned up, then an iron runner ramming material is put into the runner to be rammed, liquid high-temperature slag is scooped from a main runner and poured on the ramming material which is compacted, and the iron runner can be used after 4-6 minutes. According to the iron runner ramming material, the service life of the ramming material is prolonged, the quality stability of the ramming material is improved, the utilization ratio of waste refractory materials of the bone meal reaches 100%, and the iron runner ramming material is environmentally friendly, low in cost and wide in application prospect.
本发明公开了一种环保型铁沟捣打料及其制备方法和施工方法。所述铁沟捣打料包括骨料粉、聚乙烯醇纤维和硅溶胶;其中骨粉料各组分按质量百分比计为:废氧化铝瓷颗粒52‑60%,废碳化硅匣钵颗粒5~9%,废氧化铝瓷粉10~14%,废碳化硅抽尘粉3~7%,废碳化硅匣钵粉5~9%,废多晶硅切片粉1‑2%,废棕刚玉抽尘粉8~12%,废电极粉1~3%。现场使用时将支沟或渣沟清理干净后喷一层硅溶胶,然后将铁沟捣打料放入沟内打实,从主沟舀取液态高温熔渣倒在已夯实的捣打料上,4‑6分钟后即可使用。本发明所述铁沟捣打料提高了捣打料使用寿命及质量稳定性,且骨粉料的废旧耐材利用比例达100%,绿色环保,成本低,应用前景广泛。
