Titanium dioxide modified calcium sulfate whisker as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of material modification, and discloses a titanium dioxide modified calcium sulfate whisker as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: synthesizing nano titanium dioxide sol in situ by using a butyl titanate sol-gel method, carrying out coating modification on calcium sulfate whiskers by using the nano titanium dioxide sol, centrifuging, and drying to obtain the titanium dioxide modified calcium sulfate whisker material. The modified calcium sulfate whisker is coated with the nano titanium dioxide sol, and a layer of nano titanium dioxide film is formed on the surface of the calcium sulfate whisker, so that the calcium sulfate whisker has better dispersity, the grain size of the calcium sulfate whisker is not changed, and the shape, the crystal form and the performance of the calcium sulfate whisker are protected; the coated and modified calcium sulfate whisker has strong hydrophilicity and good dispersibility, and improves the mechanical properties of set cement, thereby enhancing the bonding ability with a cement-based material and improving the performance of well cementation cement.
