The invention discloses a bridge UHPC assembly type comb plate expansion device which comprises a sliding assembly and a reinforcing assembly, the sliding assembly is connected with beam bodies on the two sides of a bridge expansion joint through a first steel plate and a second steel plate correspondingly, and one end of the second steel plate crosses the bridge expansion joint to be slidably connected with the first steel plate so as to adapt to expansion deformation of the bridge expansion joint; the first steel plate and the second steel plate are in sliding connection through the comb tooth bar and the comb tooth groove, a guiding effect is provided for relative sliding of the first steel plate and the second steel plate while the device adapts to telescopic deformation of the bridge expansion joint, dislocation of the sliding assembly is avoided, and the structural stability of the device is improved. Meanwhile, the reinforcing assembly comprises an embedded part and a prefabricated part, the prefabricated part is located between the beam body and the sliding assembly, the overall structural strength of the device is enhanced, construction operation of the device is facilitated through the prefabricated structure, and replacement construction of the telescopic device is further facilitated through the assembled structure.
本发明公开一种桥梁UHPC装配式梳齿板伸缩装置,包括滑动组件和加固组件,滑动组件利用第一钢板和第二钢板分别与桥梁伸缩缝两侧的梁体相连,且第二钢板的一端跨过桥梁伸缩缝与第一钢板滑动相连,以适应桥梁伸缩缝的伸缩变形,第一钢板与第二钢板利用梳齿条和梳齿槽滑动相连,在适应桥梁伸缩缝伸缩变形的同时,为第一钢板和第二钢板相对滑动提供了导向作用,避免滑动组件错位,提高了装置的结构稳定性。与此同时,加固组件包括预埋件和预制件,预制件位于梁体与滑动组件之间,加强了装置的整体结构强度,且采用预制结构方便了装置的施工操作,采用装配式结构进一步方便了伸缩装置的更换施工。
