The construction starting height of the tower crane is limited, the overall channel construction occupied time is short, construction meets the actual requirement, and the method is economical, reasonable and safe.
本发明涉及一种空心墩施工工艺,所述空心墩施工工艺包括如下步骤:承台顶凿毛;安装墩身钢筋,立模浇筑空心墩的实体部分;实体段接空心部位凿毛;分节安装空心墩内模,分节安装钢筋,分节立外模,模板加固完毕,浇筑各节段空心墩混凝土,等强后拆除节段内外模;搭设墩帽施工支撑体系,施工墩帽,该施工工艺整体采用下部实心段施工、空心段分段施工、墩帽实心段施工工序,并且空心墩全部采用塔吊施工,施工速度快,不受地形影响,节省劳动力同时减少了高墩桥梁中的安全隐患,受施工通道影响,塔吊开始施工高度有限制,总体施工通道占用时间较少,施工较为符合实际需要,且较为经济合理安全。
