The invention discloses a large-span concrete continuous rigid frame bridge steel arch reinforcing system and a construction method, the system comprises steel arch reinforcing mechanisms arranged in a box type structure and a jacking jack for pushing the steel arch reinforcing mechanisms, and every two adjacent steel arch reinforcing mechanisms are connected through an arch foot fixing rod; the construction method comprises the following steps: 1, determining a curvilinear function corresponding to the steel arch; 2, determining horizontal force applied by a jacking jack and the section size of the steel arch according to the displacement to be jacked; thirdly, the steel arch to be machined is segmented according to the steel arch reinforcing mechanism jacking box girder model, and steel arch segments are prefabricated; 4, welding the steel arch on site; 5, welding a transverse link; sixthly, vertical supporting steel base plates and arch crown steel base plates are arranged; seventhly, vertical supports are welded to the tops of the steel arches; and 8, pushing and fixing the steel arch reinforcing mechanism. The dead load of the newly added structure is directly transmitted to the lower structure, so that the adverse effect of the dead load of the reinforcing material on the secondary dead load of the original main beam is eliminated.
本发明公开了一种大跨径混凝土连续刚构桥钢拱架加固系统及施工方法,该系统包括设置在箱型结构内部的钢拱架加固机构和顶推钢拱架加固机构的顶升千斤顶,相邻两跨钢拱架加固机构通过拱脚固定杆连接;该施工方法包括步骤:一、确定钢拱架对应的曲线函数;二、根据要顶升的位移确定顶升千斤顶施加的水平力及钢拱架截面尺寸;三、根据钢拱架加固机构顶升箱梁模型对待加工的钢拱架进行分段并预制钢拱架节段;四、现场焊接钢拱架;五、焊接横向联系;六、设置竖向支撑钢垫板和拱顶钢垫板;七、在钢拱架顶部焊接竖向支撑;八、顶推并固定钢拱架加固机构。本发明新增结构恒载直接传递至下部结构,以消除加固材料自身恒载对原主梁的二次恒载不利影响。
