The invention relates to the technical field of seawater floating object treatment, in particular to seawater floating object collecting and treating equipment which comprises a fixing assembly, and the fixing assembly comprises a fixing base, a mounting column at the front end of the fixing base and a fixing side plate; deflector rod assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the top face of the fixed base left and right, each deflector rod assembly comprises a fixed column with the bottom face fixed to the top face of the fixed base, a rotating column located above the fixed column and capable of freely rotating and a deflector rod, the bottom end of each rotating column is coaxially connected with a rotating rod, and the bottom end of each rotating rod is in transmission connection with a sea wave transmission assembly by arranging a first gear set. According to the equipment, the buoyancy tank is driven to float up and down through wave force, and transmission is conducted through the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod, the second gear set, the transmission rod, the first gear set and other assemblies, so that the shifting rod can rotate inwards to shift floating objects on the sea surface to the position close to the coast for collection and treatment; the floating objects can be concentrated without manpower, other energy consumption is not needed, and energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
