After the edge of the foundation pit is hardened, the water retaining wall is arranged at the bottom of the protective net assembly, the water retaining wall can effectively support the protective net assembly while playing a water retaining function, and the protective net assembly and the water retaining wall are arranged into a whole. In the comparison file, before the edge of the foundation pit is hardened, a temporary protective net is arranged firstly; and after the edge of the foundation pit is hardened, the retention wall and a formal protective net on the retention wall are constructed, and the temporary protective net is dismantled. Based on the measures, the arrangement of a temporary protective net is omitted, the formal protective net structure can be installed in advance when the edge of the foundation pit is not hardened, the working efficiency is effectively improved, and the personnel cost investment is reduced.
