The invention relates to the field of rock and soil supporting, and discloses a rock and soil supporting structure construction method which comprises the following steps that firstly, a supporting and retaining structure is designed and prepared, the supporting and retaining structure comprises truss piles and prefabricated panels, the prefabricated panels comprise inter-pile plates, baffles and a plurality of enclosure panels, the inter-pile plates are arranged between the adjacent truss piles, and the baffles are arranged between the adjacent truss piles; the truss pile comprises a built-in section and a cantilever section, the enclosure panels surround the periphery of the built-in section, and the baffle is arranged on the side, close to the slope, of the cantilever section; secondly, pile holes are excavated, truss piles, baffles and enclosure panels are assembled, and the truss piles are hoisted into the pile holes; and thirdly, excavation is conducted through a reverse construction method, and meanwhile inter-pile plates are installed between the adjacent truss piles. Safety is improved, manufacturing cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
