The invention provides a row pile combined artificial freezing waterproof construction method for a deep foundation pit, which belongs to the technical field of foundation pit construction and comprises the following steps: adopting a subarea excavation and layered freezing mode to ensure that a first excavation area is normal unfrozen soil and a second excavation area below the first excavation area is kept in a frozen state during excavation; meanwhile, normal unfrozen soil exists in a third excavation area and below the second excavation area, when construction of the second excavation area is started after construction of the first excavation area is finished, the soil body of the third excavation area is kept in a frozen state, and circulation is conducted in sequence till the bottom of the foundation pit is excavated; according to the method, the mode that partition excavation is combined with layered freezing is adopted, two freezing pipes of different structures are adopted at the same time, and layered freezing is conducted while segmented excavation is conducted, so that water is effectively prevented from entering the foundation pit from the outer side, and water inrush of the lower portion of the foundation pit is prevented; and a closing device capable of controlling the switch is arranged at the bottom of the sleeve, so that underground water is prevented from rushing into a drill hole when the drilling machine is pulled out.
