The invention discloses a super-large embedded part high-precision installation system and a construction method.The installation system comprises a supporting portal, an embedded part jig frame, an electric hoist chain block and a lead screw back shore, the supporting portal is arranged above an equipment foundation at the to-be-embedded position of a large embedded part in a crossing mode, and the embedded part jig frame is hung on the supporting portal through the electric hoist chain block; the embedded part jig frame is suspended above an equipment foundation at the position where the large embedded part is to be embedded, the large embedded part located at the position where the large embedded part is to be embedded is fixed to the embedded part jig frame, and the embedded part jig frame and the supporting door frame are relatively fixed through a plurality of sets of detachable lead screw shores. The large embedded part mounting device is novel in structure and ingenious in design, large embedded parts are suspended and mounted by arranging the supporting door frame and the embedded part jig frame, the large embedded parts are prevented from making contact with foundation steel bars, disturbance during concrete pouring and vibrating is reduced to a great extent, and the mounting precision and efficiency of the large embedded parts are greatly improved; and the mounting system in the form of the supporting door frame and the embedded part jig frame can be recycled, residual values can be recycled, and the economical efficiency is better.
