The shower assembly with the massage function comprises a shower rod shell and water supply pipelines, and the water supply pipelines comprise the first water supply pipeline, the second water supply pipeline and the third water supply pipeline; the first water supply pipeline is communicated to a top shower water outlet, a plurality of rotary water spraying modules are detachably mounted on the second water supply pipeline to form a massage water spraying opening of the shower assembly, and the third water supply pipeline is communicated to a handheld shower to form a shower water outlet of the shower assembly. By rotating the water spraying module, the angle direction of water flow sprayed out of the water spraying holes finally changes continuously, and the massage type water spraying effect of the shower assembly is achieved; the rotary water spraying module and the pipeline structure thereof are assembled by adopting an assembling structure and can be flexibly combined and quickly mounted according to actual needs of a user, so that a functional shower assembly product which better meets the requirements of the user is formed, and the user experience of the shower assembly product is greatly improved; the disassembly and assembly structure is simple, operation is convenient, and disassembly, assembly, cleaning and maintenance of the functional modules are convenient.
