The invention discloses a plug-in swing column steel frame structure provided with a synergistic self-resetting composite wall and prefabrication and installation methods, the structure comprises a steel frame column, a steel frame beam, a cold-formed thin-walled steel composite wall, friction dampers and a high-elastic material, and the friction dampers comprise a first friction damper, a second friction damper and a third friction damper; the steel frame beams are arranged at the elevation positions of all floors of the structure in a penetrating mode, and the steel frame columns are arranged between the adjacent layers of steel frame beams layer by layer and fixedly connected with the steel frame beams through the first friction damper and the second friction damper. The cold-formed thin-walled steel composite wall is arranged in a rectangular frame formed by the steel frame beams and the steel frame columns, the upper end and the lower end of the cold-formed thin-walled steel composite wall are fixedly connected with the steel frame beams through third friction dampers, and the periphery of the cold-formed thin-walled steel composite wall is densely embedded with the steel frame columns and the steel frame beams through high-strength materials. Micro damage or even zero damage of the steel frame main body structure and the non-structural infilled wall under the earthquake effect can be achieved, replacement after disasters is little or even free, the structure anti-seismic toughness is good, and the prefabricating and assembling efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种设置增效自复位组合墙的插接摇摆柱钢框架结构及预制和安装方法,结构包括钢框架柱、钢框架梁、冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙、摩擦阻尼器和高弹材料,摩擦阻尼器包括第一、第二和第三摩擦阻尼器,钢框架梁贯通设置于结构各楼层标高处,钢框架柱逐层设置在相邻层钢框架梁之间,并通过第一和第二摩擦阻尼器与钢框架梁固定连接;冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙设置在由钢框架梁和钢框架柱形成的矩形框内,且上下端通过第三摩擦阻尼器与钢框架梁固定连接,四周通过高强材料与钢框架柱和钢框架梁嵌填密实。本发明可实现钢框架主体结构及非结构填充墙在地震作用下微损伤甚至零损伤,灾后更换少甚至免更换,结构抗震韧性好,且预制装配效率高。
