The invention discloses an assembly type magnetic high-sound-insulation keel partition wall system which is characterized in that double rows of vertical keels are inserted into a single heaven and earth keel in a staggered mode, rock wool is filled in the middle of the vertical keels, an air cavity is formed between the double rows of vertical keels, and the sound insulation performance of a partition wall is improved through various technical means such as the air cavity, material staggered joints and use of sound insulation materials; the vertical keels and the transverse keels are connected through the transverse keel leveling fixing pieces, the flatness of the transverse keels and the distance between the transverse keels and the vertical keels can be adjusted through rotation, and therefore the purposes of rapidly and conveniently adjusting the width of a wall cavity and the flatness of the keels are achieved.
