Comprising two frames which are symmetrically arranged and used for installing perforated metal plates, a cross beam which is installed at the bottoms of the frames and used for supporting the frames, a pressing plate assembly which is used for fixing the cross beam and the frames and connected with the cross beam, and a support which is located on the side, away from the frames, of the cross beam and connected with the cross beam. And one end, far away from the cross beam, of the bracket is connected with the steel circular tube keel. The mounting groove is formed in the cross beam, the mounting plate in the bracket extends into the mounting groove to be connected with the cross beam through the connecting piece, the arc-shaped plate in the bracket is connected with the steel circular tube keel, the frame is mounted on the cross beam, and the perforated metal plate is mounted through the frame; therefore, relative fixation of the perforated metal plate and the steel circular tube keel is effectively achieved.
