The invention discloses a large-span composite curtain wall keel construction system which comprises composite steel stand columns, the composite steel stand columns comprise two sets of steel stand columns which are oppositely arranged, each set of steel stand columns comprise two steel plate stand columns which are oppositely arranged, the steel plate stand columns are arranged perpendicular to a glass panel, and each set of steel stand columns are fixedly connected with a cast steel plate connecting piece. The end of the cast steel plate connecting piece is located between the two oppositely-arranged steel plate stand columns, and horizontal stable pull rods parallel to the curtain wall face are arranged at the outer ends of the connecting positions of the front steel plate stand column and the cast steel plate connecting piece and the rear steel plate stand column and the cast steel plate connecting piece. The mode that the composite steel stand columns and the horizontal stabilizer bars are combined is adopted, a large-span curtain wall construction scheme is achieved, the overall quality is controllable, and the probability of safety accidents on a construction site is reduced.
