The invention relates to a spliced small-size support-free assembly type laminated slab which comprises a laminated slab body, the laminated slab body comprises a first base plate, a sound insulation plate and a second base plate, the sound insulation plate is fixed to the top of the first base plate, the top of the second base plate and the top of the sound insulation plate are fixed, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs are fixed in the laminated slab body. A steel bar truss penetrating to the top of the laminated slab body is arranged in the laminated slab body, and connecting mechanisms are arranged on the left side and the right side of the laminated slab body. According to the spliced small-size support-free fabricated laminated slab and the construction process thereof, the connecting mechanisms are rotated, the connecting mechanisms on the two laminated slabs are aligned and inserted, then the connecting mechanisms are loosened, and the two laminated slabs can be quickly connected through the action of the connecting mechanisms, so that the purpose of quickly connecting the two laminated slabs is achieved; and the connecting efficiency between the laminated plates is improved.
