A first nut groove is formed in the lower side of the middle edge gland; a second nut groove is formed in the upper side of the middle edge; the distance between the first end face and the second end face of the T-shaped nut is smaller than the distance between the third end face and the fourth end face. The width of the second nut groove is matched with the distance between the third end face and the fourth end face. The locking bolt penetrates through the middle edge gland, the T-shaped nut is arranged at the lower end of the locking bolt in a sleeving mode, the locking bolt leads the T-shaped nut to enter the first nut groove in the first direction, the locking bolt leads the T-shaped nut to enter the second nut groove to rotate to the second direction, and the third end face and the fourth end face abut against the inner side of the second nut groove.
