The invention discloses a magnetic suspension moving door with a split type motor structure. The magnetic suspension moving door comprises a control box and a split type motor shell. A motor circuit board is arranged in the control box; a motor coil is arranged in the split motor shell; the control box is detachably connected to the split motor shell, the motor circuit board can be electrically connected with the motor coil, and the control box is of a flat long-strip-shaped structure. The width of the control box is larger than that of the middle separation groove, and the control box can be erected above the middle separation groove. The control box is lower than the middle separation groove. According to the invention, the control box in split connection with the split motor shell can be taken out without dismounting a shielding part below or on the side of the upper rail of the door frame, and especially for a hidden door or pocket door product of which the local part or the middle part of the door frame is sunk into a wall body, the control box can be conveniently dismounted, and the motor circuit board can be maintained and replaced.
