Heat preservation and insulation high-strength energy-saving door and window assembling process
The invention relates to the technical field of building doors and windows, and discloses a heat-preservation and heat-insulation high-strength energy-saving door and window assembly process which comprises the following steps that 1, firstly, constructors go to a site to measure windows, where doors and windows need to be installed, of a building, and a door and window segmentation map is drawn according to measured data; step 2, drawing a processing detail drawing of the energy-saving door and window according to the door and window segmentation drawing drawn in the step 1; thirdly, preparation before construction is started according to the machining detail drawing obtained in the second step, and an 80 * 40 square tube steel main frame is welded to one side of the window; and fourthly, the steel main frame of the door and window is manufactured according to the machining detail drawing. The original integrally-formed door and window of an aluminum alloy structure are spliced and installed in a field assembly mode, transportation of the door and window is greatly facilitated, the cost needed for customizing the door and window is reduced, meanwhile, the door frame body is supported through a steel structure, and the cost is further reduced.
