A damper device (10) is provided with: a fixed-side unit fixed to one of a first member and a second member; a vibration damping part which is in contact with the other one of the first member and the second member; and a moving member provided so as to be movable with respect to the fixed-side unit. A height adjustment mechanism is formed between the fixed-side unit and the moving member, and the height adjustment mechanism movably holds the height of the moving member with respect to the fixed-side unit. The damper part has: a cover part formed in a substantially cup shape and fixed to the moving member; and a viscoelastic body which is formed of a material different from that of the cover part and is accommodated in the cover part.
