The irrigation and drainage device comprises a water inlet shell used for irrigation and drainage, a drainage tank installed on the rear side of the water inlet shell, an extension plate installed on the lower portion of the front side of the water inlet shell, a cross beam installed on the upper portion of the front side of the water inlet shell, and a filter screen plate installed at a port of the water inlet shell. The cleaning assembly is used for cleaning the filter screen plate; the dredging assembly is used for cleaning sludge on the extension plate; the cleaning assembly comprises a reciprocating screw rotationally installed on the cross beam and a threaded seat in threaded connection to the reciprocating screw, a net rack is fixedly installed on one side of the threaded seat, an inverted-V-shaped net plate is installed on the top face of the net rack, a cleaning roller is rotationally installed on the side, away from the threaded seat, of the net rack, and the cleaning roller is attached to the outer wall of the filter net plate. The problem that blockage sundries and accumulated sludge are inconvenient to clean is solved.
