The invention relates to an internally doped aqueous nano silicate self-healing anti-crack compacting agent for a cement-based material and a preparation method of the internally doped aqueous nano silicate self-healing anti-crack compacting agent. The self-healing anti-crack compacting agent doped with water-based nano silicate is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 14 to 16 parts of sodium silicate, 10 to 13 parts of potassium silicate, 5.54 to 6.55 parts of an expansion component, 5.5 to 7 parts of a hydration reaction inhibitor, 0.02 to 0.06 part of a hydration reaction accelerant, 0.13 to 0.20 part of a hydration heat inhibitor, 0.06 to 0.09 part of an air entraining agent and 57 to 65 parts of deionized water. The self-healing anti-crack compacting agent internally doped with the water-based nano silicate has the anti-crack function and the self-healing function.
