The concrete admixture comprises the following raw material components: 60-80 parts of a base water reducer solution, 5-8 parts of a constant coagulant, 4-7 parts of an adsorbent, 2-6 parts of an anti-foaming agent and 5-20 parts of a regulator, the substrate water reducing agent solution is prepared from the following component raw materials: 60-80 parts of methacrylic acid, 10-35 parts of water, 4-8 parts of a cross-linking agent, 3-7 parts of dibenzoyl peroxide, 3-6 parts of epoxypropane and 3-6 parts of carboxylic acid small monomers. The cross-linking agent and dibenzoyl peroxide are added to perform cross-linking reaction with methacrylic acid, the polymerization degree of a molecular chain of the water reducer is adjusted, a three-dimensional network structure is generated, the chain length of the admixture is prolonged through reaction with propylene oxide and carboxylic acid monomers, the stability of the concrete admixture is improved, and the concrete admixture has good water resistance. The dispersion effect on concrete particles is improved, the water-reducing rate is increased, the subsequent bleeding rate is reduced, and the strength of concrete is further improved.
