The invention relates to a fiber-reinforced geopolymer using waste paper fiber as a raw material, and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of decoration materials. The geopolymer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 50 parts of slag powder, 50 to 80 parts of fly ash, 20 to 50 parts of waste paper fiber slurry, 40 to 80 parts of fine sand, 8 to 10 parts of water glass, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of sodium hydroxide, 0.5 to 1.0 part of polyvinyl alcohol fiber and 35 to 45 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the raw material components according to a certain sequence, pouring and molding the finally prepared mixture, vibrating on a vibrating table, demolding, and curing to obtain the geopolymer. According to the geopolymer, slag powder, fly ash and waste paper fibers are used as raw materials, sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide are used for excitation, polyethylene glycol fibers are doped to improve the bending strength of the geopolymer, the use ratio of the waste paper fibers in the raw materials is 30% or above, and full utilization of waste paper is achieved. The geopolymer can be used as a base material of an environment-friendly decorative plate, has fire resistance of grade B1 or above, and is formaldehyde-free.
