Lightweight particle and autoclaved cement brick prepared from lightweight particle
A preparation method of the lightweight particles comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing quick lime and undisturbed phosphogypsum, and aging to obtain modified phosphogypsum; 2) uniformly mixing water, the modified ardealite, the mine stripped soil dry powder and a crystal modifier, and granulating to obtain spherical particles; 3) uniformly mixing the carbonized raw material, a sodium silicate solution and a tackifier to prepare slurry; (4) putting the spherical particles prepared in the step (2) into the slurry obtained in the step (3), soaking and then taking out to obtain spherical core-shell particles; and 5) carbonizing and curing the obtained spherical core-shell particles to obtain the light particles. The phosphogypsum is used as the main raw material to prepare the light particles, the light particles are applied to the autoclaved cement brick, the light and high-strength performance of the autoclaved cement brick can be effectively considered on the premise that effective exertion of the cement strength is not affected, and the related preparation process is simple, high in efficiency, convenient to operate, low-carbon, environmentally friendly and suitable for application and popularization.
本发明公开了一种轻质颗粒,其制备方法包括以下步骤:1)将生石灰与原状磷石膏混合均匀,陈化,得改性磷石膏;2)将水、改性磷石膏、矿山剥离土干粉及转晶剂混合均匀,造粒,得球状颗粒;3)将碳化原料、硅酸钠溶液、增粘剂混合均匀,制备浆料;4)将步骤2)所制备球状颗粒置于步骤3)所得料浆中,浸泡后取出,得球状核壳颗粒;5)将所得球状核壳颗粒进行碳化养护,得所述轻质颗粒。本发明以磷石膏为主要原料制备轻质颗粒,并将其应用于蒸压水泥砖中,在不影响水泥强度有效发挥的前提下,可有效兼顾所得蒸压水泥砖的轻质、高强性能,且涉及的制备工艺较简单、效率高、操作方便、低碳环保,适合推广应用。
