Method for preparing spherical aluminum nitride powder through precursor spray granulation
The invention discloses a method for preparing spherical aluminum nitride powder through precursor spray granulation, which comprises the following steps: 1, adding aluminum nitrate nonahydrate into deionized water, and stirring until the aluminum nitrate nonahydrate is completely dissolved to obtain an aluminum source solution; 2, adding nano carbon black into the aluminum source solution, and fully stirring to obtain a mixed solution; 3, carrying out spray granulation on the mixed solution by adopting a spray dryer to obtain a precursor; 4, the precursor is placed in a nitrogen atmosphere for a high-temperature nitridation reaction, and powder is obtained; and 5, carrying out a decarburization reaction on the powder at a low temperature to obtain the spherical aluminum nitride powder. The carbon source and the aluminum source are uniformly mixed by means of the solution, so that the carbon source and the aluminum source have more reaction areas, the nitridation reaction activity is promoted, the reaction temperature is reduced, the method is easy to operate, the raw material cost is low, the reaction temperature is low, the prepared aluminum nitride powder is spherical, and the particle size is within 100 nm. And the method has a good application value for later sintering of the ceramic substrate.
本发明公开了一种通过前驱体喷雾造粒制备球形氮化铝粉体的方法,该方法包括:一、将九水硝酸铝加入到去离子水中搅拌至完全溶解,得到铝源溶液;二、将纳米炭黑加入铝源溶液中,进行充分搅拌,得到混合溶液;三、采用喷雾干燥机对混合溶液进行喷雾造粒,得到前驱体;四、将前驱体置于氮气气氛中进行高温氮化反应,得到粉体;五、将粉体在低温下进行脱碳反应,得到球形氮化铝粉体。本发明中碳源与铝源借助溶液实现均匀混合,使得二者具有更多的反应面积,促进氮化反应活性,降低反应温度,该方法操作简易、原料成本低、反应温度低,制备的氮化铝粉体为球形,且颗粒粒径为100nm以内,对后期烧结陶瓷基板具有很好的应用价值。
