The invention relates to the field of ceramic processing, and discloses a ceramic tile surface texture decoration method which comprises the following steps: 1) performing surface pretreatment on a ceramic tile blank; 2) performing digital ink jet on the surface of the ceramic tile blank to construct a pattern; 3) spraying positioning glue on a local or whole area of the ceramic tile blank body; 4) spreading dry particles on the surface of the ceramic tile blank; (5) absorbing and removing redundant dry particles, and recycling to obtain a ceramic tile blank with three-dimensional textures on the surface; and (6) glazing the surface of the ceramic tile green body, and sintering or sintering and polishing to obtain the ceramic tile with a surface texture decoration effect. In the glue spraying process, the distance between the glue spraying unit and the dry particle powder distribution unit is shortened, the glue spraying precision is improved, glue can be sprayed to the whole or local area of a ceramic tile blank, the glue consumption is remarkably reduced, and energy conservation and environment protection are achieved; and after the dry granules are laid and scattered subsequently, the redundant dry granules on the glue can be directly recycled through the suction device and are recycled, so that the cost can be greatly reduced.
