The preparation method of the corrosion-resistant composite metal material for the building comprises the steps that firstly, plasma spraying is conducted on the surface of a steel bar, a transition layer is formed, and a pre-coated steel bar is obtained; and then the pre-coated steel bar is subjected to alternating magnetic field treatment, cold spraying is conducted through the premix, a surface coating is formed, and the corrosion-resistant composite metal material is obtained. Wherein the transition layer is prepared by mixing silicon powder, zirconium diboride powder and a magnetic boron nitride material; the premix is prepared by taking titanium powder, silicon carbide, zirconium carbide, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol 400 and the like as raw materials. The prepared composite metal material has good corrosion resistance.
本发明公开了一种建筑用耐腐蚀复合金属材料及其制备方法,先对钢筋表面等离子喷涂,形成过渡层,得到预涂覆钢筋;然后对预涂覆钢筋进行交变磁场处理,利用预混料进行冷喷涂,形成表面涂层,得到耐腐蚀复合金属材料;其中,过渡层是由硅粉、二硼化锆粉、磁性氮化硼材料混合制成;预混料是以钛粉、碳化硅、碳化锆、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇400等为原料制备得到。本发明制备得到的复合金属材料具有良好的耐腐蚀性。
