Small-number movable point rail frog for urban rail transit
The invention discloses a small-number movable point rail frog for urban rail transit. The small-number movable point rail frog comprises lateral wing rails, straight wing rails, an integrated point rail, lateral fork heel rails, straight fork heel rails and pivot assemblies. The integrated point rail is of an axially symmetrical structure, is sleeved on the pivot assembly through a stepped hole formed in the heel end of the integrated point rail and can rigidly rotate; the center of the pivot assembly is located on the intersection point of the sharp angle bisector of the integrated point rail and the frog angle bisector. The heel end of the integrated point rail is in butt joint with the front ends of the lateral heel forking rail and the straight heel forking rail in a small clearance fit mode through convex-concave arc surfaces. The device can be universally used in left-opening and right-opening turnouts, the pulling force is reduced, insufficient displacement is avoided, the rotating center of the heel end of the point rail is located in the middle of the straight direction and the lateral direction, when the point rail is pulled by the electric service conversion equipment to open the straight rail or the lateral rail, the rotating angle is basically consistent, and the straight strand pulling force and the lateral strand pulling force are balanced.
