The subway track laying device comprises a steel rail laying vehicle, two suspension beams are fixedly connected to one side of the steel rail laying vehicle, a plurality of rotating rollers are arranged on the upper side of each suspension beam at intervals, the heights of the rotating rollers are sequentially reduced, the ends, away from the steel rail laying vehicle, of the suspension beams are fixedly connected with a supporting plate, and two pushing devices are arranged on the upper side of the supporting plate; the pushing device comprises a box body, two opposite sides of the box body are jointly provided with a through groove, a pushing plate is slidably connected in the through groove, the upper side of the supporting plate is fixedly connected with a telescopic rod, and the telescopic end of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the pushing plate; and a damping plate body is arranged in the box body. In the process that the steel rail inclines and slides down, the telescopic rod on the upper side of the supporting plate pushes the damping plate body pre-stored in the box body through the push plate, the damping plate body is cushioned in the mounting groove of the railway ballast, rapid laying of the steel rail and the damping plate body is achieved, and the laying efficiency is high.
