The embodiment of the invention provides an assembly type deepwater to-be-moored trestle platform, and relates to the field of trestle platforms. The assembly type deepwater to-be-berthed trestle platform comprises a trestle machine body, and a plurality of buffering components are evenly arranged on the edge of the trestle machine body and used for buffering when a ship body berths. When seawater enters a pressurizing guide and distribution cavity, the seawater can drive a sealing valve ball to be pushed into a drainage cavity to partition the interior of the drainage cavity, then the seawater is driven to enter a loading barrel to do work, finally, an expansion buffer assembly is driven to extend outwards to drive a buffer ball to move, and sea wave impact force is converted into mechanical kinetic energy; the buffer ball body can extend outwards to slow down the freight ship to buffer the berthing of the freight ship; and when the pressurizing guiding and matching cavity is not impacted by the seawater, the sealing valve ball can be pushed into the pressurizing guiding and matching cavity by utilizing the seawater, and the seawater is discharged and flows out through the water draining cavity, so that the buffering ball body is subjected to work by utilizing the seawater wave in a circulating and reciprocating manner.
