The invention provides a bridge dynamic load damping and anti-seismic device which comprises a first-stage damping device, a second-stage damping device and a third-stage damping device. The first-stage damping part comprises a steel top plate, a combined elastic support and a fixed steel plate, the combined elastic support comprises a filling layer and a square rubber block, and two damping steel plate groups are arranged in the filling layer; the second-stage shock absorber comprises a stainless steel base, a cylindrical steel pipe body and a shock absorption viscous damper, baffles are arranged on the outer surfaces of the fixing steel plate and the stainless steel base, fixing bolts are arranged on the baffles in a rectangular mode, and oval bolt holes corresponding to the fixing bolts on the upper sides of the baffles in position are formed in the baffles; the third-stage shock absorber comprises a rubber pad and a steel bottom plate; three-stage damping is arranged, the damping effect on a bridge is better, the oval bolt holes are formed in the baffles, the condition of the anti-seismic damping device can be directly observed from the outside, accordingly, internal parts can be replaced, the baffles are detachable, the parts can be replaced better, and the service life of the anti-seismic damping device can be prolonged.
本发明提出了一种桥梁动载荷减震抗震装置,包括一级减震、二级减震和三级减震;一级减震包括钢顶板、组合弹性支撑和固定钢板,组合弹性支撑包括填充层和“口”形橡胶块,填充层内设置有两个减震钢板组;二级减震包括不锈钢底座、圆柱钢管体和减震粘滞阻尼器,固定钢板和不锈钢底座外表面设置有挡板,挡板上均呈矩形排列设置有固定螺栓,挡板上开有与挡板上侧固定螺栓位置对应的椭圆形螺栓孔;三级减震包括橡胶垫和钢底板;本发明设置有三级减震,对桥梁的减震效果更好,再挡板上设置椭圆形螺栓孔,便于直接在外部观察抗震减震装置的状况,从而对内部的部件进行更换,其中挡板可拆卸,部件的更换更加,能增加抗震减震装置的使用寿命。
