The invention provides a construction method for a lower tower column of a large-dip-angle variable-cross-section ultrahigh cable bent tower. The construction method comprises the steps that S1, a transition section and a vertical section of the lower tower column of the cable bent tower are constructed through a creeping formwork process; the cable bent tower comprises a lower tower column, and the lower tower column comprises a transition section, a vertical section, a small-dip-angle section and a large-dip-angle section from bottom to top; s2, a small-dip-angle section of the lower tower column is constructed by adopting a steel rollover formwork and creeping formwork combined process; and S3, the large-dip-angle section of the lower tower column is constructed through the combined technology of a steel rollover formwork, a hanging frame and a creeping formwork. Different construction technologies are adopted for different positions of the lower tower column, the line type of the tower column is guaranteed, meanwhile, turnover use of formworks can be increased as much as possible, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
