The invention provides a cable bent tower beam synchronous integral support-free formwork hanging construction method, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, assembling a cable bent tower beam profile steel framework, reinforcing steel bars and a bottom formwork, integrally lifting to a mounting height, finely adjusting the distance between two tower columns through a main tower opposite-pulling position adjusting system, and finally, mounting the tower columns in a formwork. The main tower and the cross beams are accurately aligned and connected through the cross beam butting and positioning system, and the cross beam profile steel framework is aligned and connected with the tower column profile steel framework, so that the cross beams are smoothly butted and closed, and the deformation and the tower bottom stress in the main tower construction process are controlled; and then the cross beam profile steel framework and the steel bars are connected with the profile steel framework and the steel bars reserved in the tower column. By improving the construction method, the construction period is effectively shortened, the construction difficulty is reduced, the high-altitude operation risk and the mechanical equipment cost are reduced, the application range is wide, and the economical efficiency and safety of the construction process are greatly improved.
