The invention discloses a sound barrier outer side cleaning operation device which comprises a guide rail, a bearing platform, a rotating wheel, a winding disc, a cable, a frame, a suction cup and a scraping strip, the guide rail is used for being fixed to the top of a sound barrier, the rotating wheel is rotationally installed on the bearing platform, and the rotating wheel and the guide rail are in sliding fit together; the winding disc is rotationally arranged on the bearing platform, one end of the cable is matched with the frame, the other end of the cable is matched with the winding disc, and the suction cup and the scraping strip are arranged on the frame. The device can clean the sound barrier on the outer wall of the closed sound barrier, and is high in cleaning efficiency, safe and reliable.
