The pouring method comprises a preparation stage, wherein one end of a flexible pipeline is fixed to a drill bit, and the other end of the flexible pipeline penetrates into a steel pipe from the bottom end of the steel pipe to a feeding hopper to be fixed; a grouting pipe penetrates from the top end of the flexible pipeline and is rotated in the forward direction, and the grouting pipe is connected with the drill bit through a threaded connector; the slewing mechanism is started to rotate forwards, and the steel pipe and the drill bit are driven to rotate synchronously; the lifting mechanism is started to drive the slewing mechanism, the steel pipe and the drill bit to synchronously ascend and descend; grouting is conducted in the grouting pipe, and grout is sprayed out through the grout spraying opening and evenly stirred with the soil layer till drilling is conducted to the preset depth; a concrete cast-in-place pile is constructed, specifically, concrete is poured into the flexible pipeline; after the concrete is filled, the slewing mechanism rotates reversely, and the drill is separated from the steel pipe; and the grouting pipe is reversed, the grouting pipe is separated from the drill bit, and the grouting pipe is pulled out.
