The invention provides a manufacturing method and a construction method of a matrix frame type assembled pre-embedded sleeve. The matrix frame type assembled pre-embedded sleeve comprises a matrix frame type assembled frame body and a waterproof pre-embedded sleeve arranged in the matrix frame type assembled frame body. Wherein the matrix frame type assembly frame body comprises an outer frame and an inner support welded and fixed in the outer frame, and the inner support is of a net-shaped structure formed by transversely and vertically welding and fixing round steel in a staggered mode; the waterproof embedded sleeves are arranged in the net-shaped structure in a one-to-one correspondence and limiting mode to form an assembled waterproof embedded sleeve, and two pieces of round steel are arranged between every two adjacent waterproof embedded sleeves in the embedding direction perpendicular to the waterproof embedded sleeves, so that any two adjacent waterproof embedded sleeves are spaced by a preset distance. By means of the waterproof embedded casing pipe fixing device, the waterproof embedded casing pipes can be effectively fixed, the densely-arranged waterproof embedded casing pipes form a whole, the embedding time is greatly shortened, and the construction cost is saved.
