The adjustable opening and closing type ventilation clerestory comprises an eave and an inner rotating cylinder, an outer protection layer is installed at the top of the eave, the top of the eave is in sliding connection with the inner rotating cylinder through a groove, and air holes are formed in the surface of the inner rotating cylinder. The key point is that under the pushing of natural wind, the driven fan drives the inner rotating drum to rotate, dust on the surface of the inner rotating drum can be naturally scraped off through the scraper blade in the rotating process, so that dust and attachments on the surface are rapidly removed, the air holes and the closing doors are arranged, the air holes can keep air permeability, and the dust removal effect is good. When gas passes through the ventilation holes, the ventilation holes can naturally finish the function of exhausting the gas outwards, and meanwhile, the closing door can be naturally closed according to gravity at the highest point of the inner rotary drum and can be naturally opened according to gravity at the lowest point of the inner rotary drum, so that the air permeability of the plant is guaranteed, and rainwater is prevented from penetrating through the ventilation holes to enter the plant.
