The invention relates to a height-adjustable shaped steel bar support system, a top combined bracket and a stand column are connected in a welded mode to form an adjustable support, the top combined bracket is composed of an adjustable base and a bracket, a nut is spot-welded in the middle of the adjustable base, a bolt is screwed into the adjustable base, and the bracket is arranged at the top of the bolt. The height of the bracket is adjusted by rotating the adjusting hexagon bolt. Compared with a profile steel stand column adopted in a previous project, the support system has higher stability while the steel consumption is lower, and compared with a common profile steel stand column, steel is saved under the same stability condition; under the condition that the flatness of the mounting environment of the frame body is low or the mounting height of the top reinforcing steel bar is varied, the column body can be quickly and vertically mounted by utilizing the long stand column base; by adding a key jacking structure, the device has a great high-precision height adjusting function, the mounting height of a top steel bar or a supporting steel beam can be directly corrected according to an actual measurement result, and the effects of saving the mounting time and improving the mounting quality are achieved.
