The invention relates to the field of public facilities, in particular to an outdoor energy-saving pavilion capable of storing energy through solar energy. A pavilion; the rotating shaft is arranged on the base; the driving assembly is arranged at the top of the pavilion; a motion assembly; the roof is arranged at the top of the pavilion; the energy charging assembly is arranged at the top of the pavilion; and the sensor is arranged at the top of the pavilion. The sensor and the solar panel are arranged on the top of the pavilion, so that the pavilion can absorb solar energy, photoelectric conversion is achieved through the converter, power is supplied to the jacks in the stand columns, and mobile phones can be charged while people enjoy the cool.
