The embodiment of the invention provides a window for parking an unmanned aerial vehicle and a parking method of the unmanned aerial vehicle. The window comprises a window frame, a window sash and a stop piece. The lower end of the sash is hinged to the window frame; the window sash can rotate inwards relative to the window frame to a closing position for closing the window frame and rotate outwards relative to the window frame to a stopping position parallel to the horizontal plane; the stop piece is arranged on the outer side of the window frame and used for preventing the window sash from continuously rotating when the window sash rotates to the stop position relative to the window frame. According to the window provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the window sash is opened, the unmanned aerial vehicle can directly stop on the window sash, so that a user can take down first-aid materials from the unmanned aerial vehicle through the window, and the delivery time of the medical materials is shortened.
