The invention relates to a construction waste recycled aggregate carbonization process system which comprises a material waiting device, a grate cooler carbonization device, a first storage device, a second storage device, a first conveying device, a second conveying device and a third conveying device. An electromagnetic relay device is arranged between the material waiting device and the first storage device, the first storage device is connected with the grate cooler carbonization device through a second conveying device, the grate cooler carbonization device is connected with kiln tail flue gas through a flue gas pipeline, the kiln tail flue gas in the grate cooler carbonization device flows from bottom to top, and recycled aggregate moves from top to bottom; and the grate cooler carbonization device is connected with the second storage device through the third conveying device. Existing process equipment of a cement factory can be effectively utilized, the performance of the recycled aggregate can be enhanced, meanwhile, the purpose of sealing carbon dioxide in the tail flue gas of the cement kiln is achieved, environmental pollution is reduced, and the method is obviously more suitable for industrial production.
本发明涉及一种建筑垃圾再生骨料碳化工艺系统,包括待料装置、篦冷机碳化装置、第一存储装置、第二存储装置、第一传送装置、第二传送装置和第三传送装置,待料装置通过第一传送装置与再生骨料堆场相连,待料装置与第一存储装置之间设有电磁继电器装置,所述第一存储装置通过第二传送装置与篦冷机碳化装置连接,篦冷机碳化装置与窑尾烟气通过烟气管道相连,篦冷机碳化装置内部窑尾烟气自下而上流动,再生骨料则自上而下移动,所述篦冷机碳化装置通过第三传送装置与第二存储装置连接。本发明不仅能有效利用水泥工厂现有工艺设备,还能在增强再生骨料性能的同时,实现水泥窑尾烟气中二氧化碳封存的目的,减少环境污染,并明显更适用于工业化生产。
