Light modular fast-splicing portal frame and mounting process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of light portal frames, in particular to a light modular fast-assembly portal frame which comprises vertical rod trusses, fixing joints, cross beam trusses and guardrail mechanisms. The bottoms of the vertical rod trusses are connected to the bearing platform through bases and located on the two sides of a railway. Each group of vertical rod trusses comprises a plurality of vertical rod truss sections which are sequentially connected end to end, and the fixed section is fixedly connected to the vertical rod truss section at the top; and two ends of the cross beam truss are respectively connected between the two fixed knots. According to the light modular fast-splicing portal frame and the mounting process thereof, the overall structure of the portal frame uses an aluminum hollow material as a main body, and the truss subjected to oxidation treatment has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and strong acid and alkali resistance in nature, so that long-term maintenance-free can be realized; the device is composed of the vertical rod trusses, the fixing joints, the cross beam trusses, the guardrail mechanisms and the lifting outer sleeves, on one hand, the transportation cost is reduced, and meanwhile the installation cost is reduced.
